ChangeMaterial Help!

Greetings.
Someone can help me with this change of material?
Do not know how to use this command, if there is any tutorial that I provide, I would appreciate heaps.
I think the. ACT must have compiled the two textures ... that what is done.
What I do is that a pawn by touching a button or touch to the same change in texture.
I think it has to do with triggers ...
