top of pawns immune to proj. and explosion?

I tried a projectile weapon for a sword but in isometric camera you cant aim down and small pawns and barrels dont get damaged when you re stick close to them at all,unless i crouch or i use explosion but the player gets blown too if he moves and fires.

The top of the bounding box of the pawns foes nt seem to be affected by the weapon,only by the jump on damage when someone lands on them.
For the moment i switch back to weapon category melee for the sword utill i think something.

I planned to use projectiles for longer swords,last solution would be to set up large enough explosion for the projectiles and give pawns another name to health attribute although i would like them to have same as player and get killed accidentally themselves.
