Genesis3d source 24-10-2007 (geWorld_AddEntity and physics)

This is the first part of the RF+NGD release. This modified version of Genesis3d includes these changes:
Genesis.lib
- Added the sirkorgan's geWorld_GetWorldGeometry function to read BSP triangles data (useful for the integration of physics engine)
- Added the QoD's geWorld_AddEntity function to add an entity at runtime.
- Added Federico's geActor_SetBoneGlobalAttachment command to set a bone rotation to a desired basolute value, relative to world axis.
Required to build the RF+NGD release (hopefully 076A) and always good to compile 075C.

That version is obsolete. The mentioned features are included in the latest version of the Genesis engine available from the Downloads section.
