New User Interface for Rfeditpro project

Since the rfeditpro source code was released I would like to know how I could redesign the UI(User Interface)

Software I have is Visual Studio 2008 however would I need to install Visual Studio.NET (2002) to see the design view of the sourse code I will be needing a lot of help from the memeber of this forum here together we can do it.

Also I know how to desgin the office ribbon interface
