I'm just curious how are you planing on registering the name?

I've never done anything of that sort before.

(u realy need to learn some marketing and law)

u see, i want to make commercial games that people have to pay for. Thats a business right?

if i want money i need a company. it needs to be legally registered with the government. i live in australia so i register a company on the australian government website.

once i have a legall company i can
then register a non-tangeable product(the game for online purchases) or a tangeable product(the game for stores, need manufacturer, cost lots of money). then i register my product/game and place a copywrite on it and begin my journey.

the only problem is the name. i want a good company name, something easy to remeber, catchy and quite short.

oh, another problem is that if i want a company i need at least 3 members.

In America, you need a Tax ID to sell products and employ people. I would highly suggest looking into an LLC or S-Corp.

LLC may cost you about $300 in lawyer fees and documents. I'm not sure about S-Corp.

psyco, to make a game i need a team.
i dont care if they suck at what they do, as long as they get the job done well. also if im going to create a commercial game i must register it legally.

and for all of that I NEED A COMPANY!
