I think here it means 'End of Message', meaning that there's no need to reply. Or something like that....

...and I thought OEM was EMO just spelt wrong... which, would here just be a subliminal message... causing everyone to post random... slow... pseudo phsychological stuff... but mabey. just mabey... i was wrong

Well, it looks to me as though the OP wrote EOM, which does stand for End Of Message. But maybe that's the mushrooms speaking. . .
