You know it's illegal to play those games on an emulator if you don't actually own the games on SNES.
But I'm sure you already knew that...

There are tons of good games for SNES but my absolute favourites are
Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island and Final Fantasy IV-VI.

***EDIT***
Oh, and of course Chrono Trigger! How could I forget that one.

sorry SithMaster but i feel compeld to corect you, starfax was for the n64, starwing was the original for the snes, it was the first game i ever played on the snes and also the first game i ever owend on the snes. i still play it once a year now that with super mario allstars
i felt that starwing was so good that i know m mum had got it me for xmas and severel months b4 that, i found out where she hid it and i used to come home from school while she was still at work and pla it, almost got caught severl times but it was worth it.

i dont like correcting people, it make ms seem bigger better and cleverer then they are and this can often be taken as a threatening action, chalanging someone, its just this case that i love that game so much that i wanted to correct you as alot of people think starfox was the original when it was starwing and the main character was starfox

It is illegal, it does not matter how old the game is.

he probs ment that they PROBABLY wouldnt excercise their right to take you to caught, cause like i dont think you can even get these consoles anymore, and like the games would be ever harder to find, like if i made a game and 10 mabey even 20 years later some ppl still wanted to pirate my games i would be hounerd not pissed off.

cause like the only place you could get them now would be like on ebay or sumwhere like that where the developer wouldent see a dime anyway so i wouldent feel guilty.

Well i heard that the copyrights to the snes and nes hardware have expired so you can build your on system now. as for the games its still piracy but if i cant find the game or it costs more then it should for something incredibly old then emus are the way to go. and yes they dont see a dime anymore so it depends on your morals.

Illegal stays illegal, no matter what. Please stop debating about it or I'll have to lock these kind of threads. :!:
