Welcome to the forums!

I think the problem is that your level is somewhere open, and RF only handles completele sealed areas

you can fix this by putting the whole place into a big hollow box... And then if you want to make a sky you just use the skydome entity,

Oh and Welcome to the forums :D

I should note that if you do that, you will get a lower framerate because of more faces being shown. It would be best to locate the hole and fix it. It should generate a leakfile; you might do a search on the forum for "leakfile" or "leak file" to see how to use it to find the hole.

When you open the editor, select File>Open, then use the dropdown box and you select PNT files. You will find there is a file with your name and a PNT extension. Open the PNT of your level and it will show you, using a red line, right where the leak is in your level.

Always use snapping, and set your level to a one pixel grid, for exact snapping!
