wierd invisible ceiling?!

so, i built an outside level [skybox, walls, floor, etc] and i built a 2 story building. when i built a staircase to go to the upper story, i tested it out. everything was fine until i got up the stairs, and when i looked down, there was this wierd ceiling thing that had a yellowish texture. i could go through it, but it looks bad. what is this and how do i get rid of it?

oh thats the terrain of your skydome, (remember that that is different from the skybox but i know your using the dome cause you get the yellow noclip floor thingy) anyway the way to fix it is to either disable the terrain in the skydomes script or just move the skydome down, and then the yellow thing will be under your floor, but then the dome may be too low then you will still have to edit the script to make the dome higher...
