read over the post here, one of them was described, multiple flat squares joind to gether and creat your own cube, so you have 4096x4096 texles with 32 texle deep, have these side by side, as many as you want, copy this and pste, you now have floor and roof, do the same for the walls.

because the editer starts messing up with large areas create lots of small ones, import them all into one big one, then build the bsp and then you have your unlimited sized world, the other is to make everything extremely small so compared to the outside wall it makes it look like a big area, with this you would need to turn up the light mapping i think its called.

im also sure theres other ways of creating large levels.

maby there is but thats the only ones i can think of at the moment, im not sure how the editor handels it but you can manualy extend the box making it bigger that 4096 texles, but there are a few ways of getting past what the editor dont like, as the game engine itself can go beyond the 4096 texels

just manualy edeted the cube, the smaller one is 4000 texles and the large one is that one extended, i ran the level and it worked fine.

oh sure, that empty box by itself runs fine, when you start adding stuff to fill that space you'll get errors,

Trust me on this, i have tried and failed, don't get me wrong, i have all the best intentions here, but it sucks when you get to 3+ months of development time for the level, just to see you work go up in smoke because the editor plays up.
now remember it only applies if your scale is 0.1 if you have a bigger scale you may get away with more, i have no idea how the editor will handle though.
