I have decided to put the Star Trek Fan game on hold since no one has tryed making space combat and where I am new and just starting to learn I don't feel its something I can do. But I am now working on an idea I had about a year or 2 ago for a GTA style MMORPG. I had been using the Kaneva MMORPG creator but I didn't like the payment arrangement they had setup for it so I quit using it. Now I am going to turn the game into a single player game using Reality Factory with multiplayer once its working.
I am having problems with my larger buildings being I think covered up by the skydome. Is there any way I can fix it so they aren't covered up?
Here are some early screen shots one of them is showing the problem with the buildings.

does any one have a low poly car that they could give me for testing out my city? I have 3ds Max 8.0 and I can't seem to get models from there to RF. And also some had said that if you break a city up into multiple levels that everything you had done in one part of the city would be reset when you left that part. Is there any way that you can add a player attribute for every quest and when you finish have it turn the attribute to true so that it stays with the player and doesn't reset when you leave?

first get milkshape. it has a 30 day trial so work in your models fast unless you want to buy. heres wat i do: in max, UV map the model, use the texporter plugin to export the texture map, and export to 3ds format and keep texture coordinates. open the file in milkshape, apply textures animate and export the bdy(model) and mot(animation) files. then use astudio(with rf) to compile into an act file
Herp derp.
