player crouches really slow in first person

my player crocuches really slow in first person and i dont know why.
he only seems to crouch a few inches and it takes him 30 secconds to do it.

in third person he crouches fine, and then i can switch it to first person but that is a stupid problem to have.

Does any body know whats wrong?

try changing this line in the playersetup.ini file
idletocrouchtime = 1
