does anyone know of any good tuts for making water to go in a swimming pool?i've tried a couple i seen online but they didn't look to good

i thought about that one but wasn't for sure it would work for a pool or not but i'm going to try it

btw i joined ur forum looks to b pretty promising

Yeah, I love these forums. By far the most friendly forums that I've ever known. :P


To prevent this from going totally offtopic:
I think that the tutorial darksmaster mentioned is suitable for a swimming pool too. Just try it out and mess around with things. Hopefully you can get a nice effect. :)

@Juutis, im not too sure what jr812 was refering to, but i THINK darkmaster was talking about his own forum the test one that he set up :) and yes the forum really has been growing lately :D

realistic water tute..... it works,

Just follow the steps layed out by federico, if there's one thing i know, that when it comes to pushing the engine it's fede, and his tutes are top notch

if it does not work your doing something wrong,

what happens when you try this tute?

have you seen the video's on fede's site do they look like those?

you're not gonna get crysis style water, but your gonna get better water than straight outta the box, post a pic of what you get, hopefully can shead some light on this

ok i just got back on (had to reinstall windows on the pc damn i get tired of windows xp) now i have to reinstall everything else i'll holler back later i'm just glad i saved everything to disk
