Massive pointed this out to me earlier! its an interactive ragdoll simulation made entirely in flash, it's great fun aswell i can watch this for hours,
either watch her fall or click on her with your mouse pointer and throw her about, some of the splats look painfull as hell
i'd suggest putting the demo into full screen mode(F11) to stop you closing off the window while throwing her around
