wind problem

I am having trouble correcting a problem with the new install of rf. for some reason i cannot correct the problem dispite my best efforts. when I recompile older levels that i need to modify the carector and all pawns are blown th the -X area of the level. what do i need to do to fix this.
there is no wind entity in the level.

It must be the gravity. In the EnvironmentSetup entity there should be 3 values in the gravity field, seperated with spaces. Check that it is Y-direction that the gravity is affecting (the middle value).

yes i said you have to modify it in the docs if i remember correctly. must be somewhere on the first page.

in the old files, there is only one direction, which causes the gravity and maybe the whole level to mess up in the new version. Sadly the editor doesn't update it to 3 values automatically. So you have to insert them maually. just click onto the entry of Gravity in Environment setup and it should come up with the '3 values insert dialog'. Then you can type in the correct values.

i tried that. eventually i fixed it by copying the entities from the level i got them to work in over to the level i couldent.
so i got to to work.
