Post by wackedoutbiker »

Does anyone know where I can get links to import/export plugins and converters for GMax?

That is because GMax does not have a plugin system like 3DS Max does. It has a "GamePak" system. For example, the Tempest Game Pak is for Quake 3. You have to purchase the GamePaks in order to gain export functionality. The SDK is about $3000. At that price, you might as well buy 3DS Max.
