you could probably find a site on drunk driving with a lot of details. check police and news related sites for accident reports.

also if you take a look at some shooting sites, i am pretty sure you can find detailed pictures of cars that have been shot up while driven by remote controll. people like to give lots of pictures with that sort of thing.

Other than that you could go out and wait by the highway with a camera, or seriously go look at a impound lot.

You can find good deals on seized vehicles...using the remains of some drug kingpin's property sounds rather disturbing, but at least you don't have to pay the price he probably did. Not to mention if you live in an area with lots of illegal street racing, you might find some tuned cars that aren't too outrageous in price if that's your thing.

But seriously, it's a good place to look. You may look like a geek taking pics of things like that but hey at least you're getting texture references for your game.
