How to change .txl libraryes

I made a txl library with bmp images and i stored it in reality factory\media\levels but when i opet RFedit pro i have the defaul texture library and i dont know how to change it to my txl file.Please help

In the editor, go to Project -> Level Options -> Texture Library.
