This tool picks a .tga grayscale heightmap(bump map)from a folder you choose, and converts it to a .tga dot3 normal map,in the same folder with the original.
Be aware-to me,the normal map heights appear inverted in rf,so i inverted the dot3 image and (converted it to palleted 255 color .bmp for optimizasion).
I remind the normal mapping procedure:
1-In the 3D modelling program, you name the "base" material with the basic texture as: BN0_something.
2.In actor studio, add an extra material with the name BNB_something,and choose the normal map for it.
Hint:To me the normal map must be for unknown reason, both in the maps directory of the project, and in the actor's directory where the .nfo and motions are.
