Hey guys, I was bored and decided to open a poll- which is the best free game engine.
I will also post links to the various game engines I have come across.
Out of the engines in your poll, RF is much better and easier to use.
CrystalSpace is not a game engine. It's a rendering engine. It's also extremely difficult to use. It takes like 200 lines of code to get a window rendering a triangle. Very inefficient.

I wouldn't agree completely. CA3D is quite simple and it has better graphics and can handle better models than RF. And in my personal favour it uses C++ and supports multiplayer. I'd check it out if I were you.

RF can't handle big spaces. So RF is good if game is in small rooms, but if you wanna make huge open spaces CA3D is way better. But I got to agree that CA3D isn't very costumizible. But I love it for one reason - it uses c++
