I love VB6. I know it better than VB.Net. I was originally going to try yo do a menu in it but I read that steven was doing it so I gave up. Plus steven's is to make menus, not just using VB to make a menu. Plus I doubt it would work :/

Hey,
Thanks guys for the positive feedback. Thanks for the potential help, AA. I appreciate it very much. I was a VB 6 guy, and when I saw vb.net, it scared me. Now that I do vb.net, I look at VB 6 and I'm lost.
I have found I need to make another change. The titles need to be selected from the button mapper window, so I have the menu background open they need to go with. Yet another change coming.
This is how software development happens when you dive in head first, willy-nilly, with no road map whatsoever. Livin' on the edge!!!

.net is certainly not a 'fast' platform. In fact, it is quite slow. It's just Microsoft's attempt at created a managed code system. What are your system specs?I like VB6, VSExpress08 HATES my computer

I'd swear I've opened mine since installing and not gotten that message. I'll check in the morning when I got home. It may mean something ,though.vrageprogrammer wrote:But whenever I open Vb2008Express, it tells me I have X days remaining before I have to register
