First off could you explain what is going wrong while you try to convert it? We might be able to help you narrow it down, and you can do it your self. That way you know how next time this problem comes around.

when i have made it al to a act. file and want to view the actor with actorviewer and select animation (for example walk) he wont move

So the model comes out fine but your animations don't work? Did you export your animation separately? Also which program are you using?
