No problem. Sorry if I came off as a bit pretentious.
Juutis wrote:Yeah, that's the problem with downloading models from the internet. You can never be sure where they are taken from and who has modeled them. My advice is to model everything yourself. That way you are making your game instead of a mashup of random resources. I personally hate playing a game and realizing 'I've seen this gun before...'
You have the same perspective as I do. I like to be completely original - this can be kind of hard since there's some things I don't do very well.
There are a few models that I see everywhere I turn. First is that robot-with-gatling-gun-arms (which, ironically, is included in the RF demo), and also the zombie model from Psionic3D.

well,I bough some weapon models, and I did some editing...I'll post the result. Also I tried to make the weapon animations myself. The only problem is with the walking animation...if the idle animation is too long and you start walking ,the game waits the idle animation to stop and than plays the walking animation, than if the walking animation is too long, when you stop walking, the game waits for the walking animation to stop and than plays the idle animation...I posted a topic for that in modelers corner, but no one answered.Anyway,I don't think that's the right place to ask this question,so I'm not actually asking how to fix it,just sharing my problem :D

No,problem! I really thank you for that, because things could get nasty if I had released a demo of my game with this weapon model in it.

I hope you get everything sorted out soon with the models.
When you have a demo ready, I'd love to play it! I'll be waiting ;)
