yes,it has bones.and it has animations too,I can export it in 3ds and make animations in milkshape,but I'm a teribble animator.I can animate a model,which only has one or two bones,else it's hard for me yet.

Don't lose the key files if you do that. We might be able to build it in Equity when the .key import is re-enabled.

In 3ds MAX there is a modifier called Physique, this needs to be applied in order for the model to be converted to an act file. Also make sure the physique modifier is set to rigid. The 3ds MAX manual has extensive documentation on how to use and apply the Physique modifier.

Some Basic Rules
When you build your animations in 3DS Max, you have to follow a few basic rules:
Your mesh must be animated using bones. Do not do vertex animation.
All vertices must be physiqued to a bone.
All vertex attachments must be rigid.
