Does anyone know where I can get a plug in or file converter for Maya or Truespace?

Don't know about Maya, but here is a link to the Truegene COB2ACT converter from Jean Louis' website:

Unfotunately there's no converter for Maya that I know of.

Maya can export to formats that are compatible with Milkshape. There is no direct export to NFO, KEY, BDY, MOT or ACT.
Many Bothans died to bring you this signature....
