glitch , bug or idiot user .PLEASE HELP!!!!!

hi i am a noob i cant seem to import any of my models so they still have there textures plaese can someone point me to a walk through or something i have been trying for months i get the model into rf but cant even change the texture even if it would come in as a .map but then i get the texture error thinger on load then rf closes.please help !!!!
