2D Artist Needed

I need a 2D artist for a small XNA project a friend and I are working on. This artist must:

-- Create animated and static sprites
-- Create animated spells and effects
-- Create tile libraries for the world
-- Create menu graphics and dialogs

I need someone who is going to be around at least 2-3 days a week. We want to finish this up quickly. I will provide details of the project upon acceptance of the position.

I need to work on my art skills in order to make pixel art hehe.. I am a mapper/level designer, and bit of a script editor sorry paradox...
