Just wondering what peoples tastes are.
I, for one, have a lot of non-mainstream games that I'm excited for.
First off is Zeno Clash:

It's built on the Source engine by an independent group and was a finalist at the Independent Games Festival. I think it looks really interesting, the art style looks cool and the setting looks great.
Another IGF finalist game, The Path, looks very interesting. I'm going to buy it soon:

I'm really interested in games made by European developers (S.T.A.L.K.E.R. was excellent), so check these out:
Cryostasis: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/cryos ... index.html
Necrovision: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/adventure/ne ... index.html
And, last-gen graphics and cheesy storyline aside, I'm also interested in Metro 2033: The Last Refuge:

I don't think it looks like a GOTY or anything but I'm interested to see what it's about.
Aside from all these I'm looking into RAGE from iD Software (although supposedly it's not coming out this year).
What games are you looking forward to this year?
Re: What games are you looking forward to this year?
I actually got the 2 games I was waiting for this year...
Dead Space
Resident Evil 5
I think the reviewers of RE5 are insane. I admit it's not better than RE4, but the reviewers made it out to be terrible. EA did a real nice job with Dead Space also. The cinematics could have used a bit more modern touch, but other than that...the game is fantastic.

Many Bothans died to bring you this signature....
