Some time ago I asked for this, but then I didn't know how's done, there's also a simmilar topic (posted from me again) in Level Desng, called "Blend?". So...that so called self illumination is done by adding a black texture with white spots on it.. the white spots are like transprarency, but they define which part of the texture will be at Full bright, for example in some games the eyes of alien creatures and others glow in the dark, the level can be absolutely dark, but the eyes glow.

So.. does RF support this on models as well as dot3 bump mapping?

No. You can only set a material to fullbright - no texture mask possible.
