What can i use to open/edit them or convert them to run on RFEdit Pro/world editor?
Thats it really.
BSP files
Re: BSP files
Nothing. There is no way to do so. You can only open *.3dt files and import *.map files into the editor. And it actually makes sense, because it protects the work you've done a bit. Also notice that the bsp format we use is different from the Quake format. If you have a question how something was done in a specific game made with RF, you should just ask.

Re: BSP files
What software is used to create them?
Re: BSP files
Do you mean vertex edit the Bsp in a modelling program, and then export as.map to the level editor?
It depends on the modeler you use.
I think few have this option, and most are Max users.
Myself use old 3ds max for making the levels because the plugins or scripts for quake.map exporting are old,
there are for the old Quake 2 and thats why they work on RF.
Except max,i do not know how much other modelers can export as .map (the old .map files).
Maybe if you search the net enough you ll find and old level editor in which you could vertex edit bsp like Hammer.
Before you return to RFEditpro, you can try some editors for compatibilty with RF.
