Multiplayer Question

Im not new to reality factory, i just finally decided to register. I know multiplayer is just the basic visual of the other players. But when I give players my ip, it dosent work. Whats the issue!

RF doesn't support multiplayer
He's a Bot Jim, But not as we know It.
