Website maintenance
The main website needs some major update and will be unavailable for a short period, sorry for the inconvenience.
Re: Website down for maintenance
Will there be new content ?
I see that you also changed the slogan
From
... Games without programming
to
... Make Your Game a Reality!

Website back online
After a general overhaul, the RF website is back online with a fresh look and a completely responsive layout. There is still some fine-tuning to do but everything should be functional.
Re: Website down for maintenance
this is nice but I liked old layout better I thought it was going to be an updated version of it
There are issues:
1.Because you see there isn't a way to see the latest forums post like you could before
2. You can't download the Original source codes from 2008 you have to go to github instead.
3. Some of the links for the rf home-pages posted on this forum becomes dead which will confuse people.
Nice and good job
4. You can't see the news post on the home page. In the classic site you could. So if they new RF version no one will know if they don't check the news page or this forum.
5. In the Reality Factory downloads when you hit the demo sections it's missing the Other's demo folder
Just wondering is roll-backing to the classic home-site possible ?

Re: Website down for maintenance
I am also wondering is the new modern rf site based on the technology on the classic site.
Or is it made from scratch ?

Hi aicd99
To see the latest post in the top left hand corner of the forum board you will see a drop down called Quick links when clicked in the drop down list is Active topics that then navigates you to the latest forums post.
Hope this helps.

Re: Website down for maintenance
Nice job on the site. Didn't know RF had a youtube channel.
Re: Website down for maintenance
I appreciate the update but i expect new visitors to close the RF page on the first glance as If it was a generic software application of no interest to them.
If it had the screenshots showcase slideshow on the background you would not miss the idea of what others could do with RF so far and would give some the idea to also try building similar levels.

Hmmm. Now that you mention that, I would have to agree. Some photo's would spruce it up.If it had the screenshots showcase slideshow on the background you would not miss the idea of what others could do with RF so far and would give some the idea to also try building similar levels.
Re: Website maintenance
To be honest I think QOD should put the old site back up and make it mobile responsive
or
Maybe we can have both the old and new site
the old version of the site should be at old.realityfactroy.info/cms
and keep the current one in it's place
