Is there a way RF could do this with its fog entity?

This is a screen for digital element some program on turbosquid.com. Anyway, I was wondering if fog in RF reacts with light which would enable the shown effect. I know that creating a polygon model of the light has been used in various games for the same effect such as legend of zelda majoras mask(in a hallway in the hotel) and in Metroid prime, found in Torvus Bog and in Agon wastes. For somthing as complex as the picture would be a big pain, so, does fog in RF react to light like this?

No but... can you get the effect without it bieng a pain? actualy yes. I have a theory and I think Ill put it in the demo. I'll explain it after a few tests but based on the soft shadow idea I am almost positive it will work. Also for another type of fog effect you can use flipbooks. I'll put together some stuff for ya about how.
