black light?

i have been thinking about this for some time, is it possible to have a light in rf set to black, so it would look like a black glow?

i think i may of tired it before and faild but i cant rmember if any one could help

use radiosity, youll have to look it up, but you can get things to glow.

im not sure, but when you set a light as black, i think it just takes out the white, but doesnt put in the black, i think this is what happend when i done a normal light entity, but this was last year sometime, so i cant be sure, but i will look it up thanx
