HELP!!!!!!!!!! Plz

Hi everyone, my name is Andy, and im trying to make a game like silent hill (1 for psx) with some stuff from resident evil games, but with the freedom of SH, and I cant get anything right with the Ini(s) , i managed to do the levels to look cool, but i cant do an inventory(even trying to editing the ini) and i dont know how to work with attributes either so I cant make ammo for my weapons. If any of U can help me plz.
