Here is a screenshot of an example of RF2's engine, Irrlicht, for those who have not seen it.
You can download the demo and RF2's engine itself at irrlicht.sourceforge.net , or see a video of the feature shown here running in Irrlicht at the same site in the downloads section.
Example of Irrlicht, RF2's Engine
Andy,
I've been away from RF for a while (at least a year or more) and would just like to get an idea from you as to how far along your pgrogress is with the Irrlicht version. I hit your site and saw a few screenies of levels but not anything else. I can understand the complexities of trying to translate/integrate existing model data for objects/entities but was curious if you've gotten anywhere near that yet.
Shots looked great, keep up the good work.

No matter where you go... there you are.
It actually is not nearly as far as I would like. (Then again, I would like it to be done.) I'm just polishing off the majority of the 2d work, and coding the RF1 compatibility scriptset's menu system.
The shots on my site are actually of the A6 engine, just some stuff I did messing around with level design.
Welcome back to the forums!
