i think youll struggle to find good quality animated knights and peasants for free on the web, you could try the universal actor thingy with a new skin, you may need to edit the model itsself too.

Yes, thats how I made a few armored actors, Ill see if there still around, use the Universal Human, monster paks and edit the model itself...

I may be simply missing something,

But, where can I find the Universal Human Pack downloads?

If I remeber correctly, I thing Animatrix donated a few different ones.
Like: women,monster,zombie...
