Good idea, Derek.

You look like the twin of a good friend from back in college in 1983. Only you have more hair than he did then, at age 21. :P

I have no picture online to post, but I will put one up tomorrow night.

Seems like a good Idea.
Here's me taken a few years ago in my usual pose in the pub. I am looking a bit more haggard at the moment having just spent 3 days getting rid of a virus from my 'puter. It arrived when I booked an airline ticket for my wife to visit England next week. That was despite having an up to date virus scanner, Firewall, adaware and spyware remover running. The Firewall was the one that alerted me to it and did't let anything leave my 'puter fortunately. I Managed to clean things up eventually.
Anyway enough of that.
I still have the hair and beard and the hair still has it's natural colour too, so It's a good likeness.

Great picture, bernie. Reminds me of Waking Ned Devine. I love that movie.

Bummer about the virus. I've been there and done that.

Well now you know what rural Ireland is like Arencrest I'm in the middle of Godknowswhere. 9 miles from Ennis 12 miles from Shannon 15 miles from Limerick 6 miles from Sixmilebridge. I play every Friday night in Donnelons Pub in Kilkishen 3 miles away. I used to Play every Wendesday in Peppers bar Feakle 14 miles away until I got a dose of tendonitis in my shoulders. That seems to have cleared up now but I'm just sticking to regular Friday sessions now + the odd gigs like weddings and some Sundays in Crusheen. We run a begginers/ improvers class Sundays 6 - 9pm in Gallaghers Pub Kilkshen in winter sept - may. So I suppose its still a fair amount of playing.
And yes the bloke in the Royle family (Ricky Tomlinson) does look a lot like me and it causes some embarassment at times but I suppose I live it down. Anyway he's heavier than me.
