Well, gotta admit that the story sounds like one big cliché. But since this is your first game and you're still young I think it's ok.
But I do recommend to create as much as you can yourself. I don't see the point in asking other people to model for you, that way you'll never learn to model yourself and you'll always depend on other people.
Anyway, good luck on your project.
BTW, there already is a game named Cannon Fodder.

P.S: You seriously need to learn to draw better, I'm not trying to criticize, but you need to understand the basics of proportionality if you want to learn modeling!

I can't draw at all... yet I consider myself as a decent modeler, at least. Of course, if you are a skilled drawer and know the human anatomy well it helps you in modeling, too. But I don't think it's necessary.

Okay, first of all the reason the head is drawn disproportionality is because my scanner is on the fritz and the drawing was done quickly because I got some quick insparation in a dream and just wanted to draw it quickly.
And also, a grade 5's typical age is 9/10.
P.S. The reason I can't model my images is because I don't know how to model with Gmax and dats all I got

Don't worry about the name. The game is still in its early stages, right? Sometimes it's better to create the game (or some parts of it) first and see what it turns out to be like, and think of a name afterwards. But please, don't use 'Specops Man'. That's just horrible, no offence.
