easyily thats how, hardware changes/faults/drivers viruses corrupting the OS itself, deletion of part of the OS some how, lots of ways.

test survivor unit 1
i wanted to use use universal human, but it doesnt have a proper uv map so i cant give it a combat vest. oh well, i geuss ill just give it a battleworn bloody texture and leave the vest to virgil

make the edges of that torn sleeve on the leg ragged and bloody mebbe around the edges.make the whole thing dirier and bloodier.gj otherwise
