Retextured the Tommy Gun. It still has the same worn-out look but now the texture is much sharper.
Also reduced the polygon count from 557 to 443.
Here's the old texture, for comparison:

That looks a lot better!
btw, any chance of losing the throw-the-magazine-up-in-the-air piece of the tommy gun reloading animation?
In all honesty that was really cheesy and seemed unnecessary.

I'll see what I can do. Quite a few of people have said that.
I agree that the simpler the animations are the better. It may be fun to watch it for the first few times but once you've seen it a hundred times it just gets on your nerves.

hm,in my game some of the guns just never reload.I hate it when you have to shoot a lot of bad guys and get out,start to shoot,but oh no...I have to reload.

I have one such weapon in my game too. Namely the
3x3 PDD. You
never have to reload it and it really has all the firepower you need.
But think of it this way: It's one more way to make a difference between your weapons. Like you could give the super powerful destroyer of worlds a super long reload animation to balance it out.

well,I have powerful weapons in my game,but for ballance they shoot a little bit slowly.BTW I would suggest that gun of yours (pretty cool idea for the model)to shake the screen a lot when shooting.

That's exactly what it does.
You also move a lot slower while it's armed. And lighter weapons make you run faster.
