Reality Factory

hey guys just though I let you know that I might be gone from Reality Factory for a while. Im coding in a new game engine. So I wont be on that much.

more information!!! Programming language, engines strength, engines name (if any), team members (again, if any).

Anyways I'm more interested in what your level of coding is. You seemed like sort of a noob programming-wise to me, but than again, if your going to make a game engine you got to have some development skills right?

what game engine is it? I'm thinking about starting a Java MMORPG Maker.

Its Game Maker 8. Its ment for 2d but im coding it to make 3D

ah your using game maker. I've looked into it, not my type of game engine. By nopw I could probably learn how to program that stuff my self.

I'm going to guess no. Reality Factory uses .bsp files and Game Maker probably uses it's own files. Plus the RF .bsp is read by RF in a specific way. If you take a Portal 2 .bsp file RF cannot run it for a number of reasons. The first of which being that Portal 2 uses the 'Source' engine and RF uses Genesis 3D. (I'm pretty sure RF uses G3D)
