[Needs] RF Engine and Outdoors

Hi,
I am doing a small European Football game, it is supposed to be a fun quick prototyping game, does not need the latest and greatest features.
I looked into Torque and it looks great, but wend you start using the wierd Torque Script language it is not good
So i decided to look for other similar engines/toolkits. I read the features that RF supports but found no information about outdoors scenes and sport games... also the
Scene Management
• BSP/Portal rendering system
Looks very FPS oriented, my question is can it handle outdoor scenes like the ones i need for my game, withouth having to do allot of hacks to the engine?
Also what kind of projectile features are included in the engine?
Thanks,
-Dan
