My Computer Keeps Crashing

I start to play my game (I get into the menu) And I push New Game andI Can Select a player (Demo) Then I try to play and it crashes, Why??

Does it give you an error message like font not found? I had that problem. Its easily fixed but I cant remember how.

Yeah I thought that at first but no. I think our computer ain't up to it:

XP2500 Athlon (Processor)
NVidia VX5200 (Graphics Card)

According to Dad our computer isn't good for thing like this but when I render it doesn't crash :?:

I have a 5 year old Athlon 1.2 GHZ, with a Geforce FX 5200, and it runs RF, Serious Sam, American McGees Alice and Scrapland, etc. I don't think it's your computer. There is another reason. Post the log file. Are you running 072A, or have you upgraded to 075?

Your're running space escape. Through the editor, or did you download space escape? Can you run the little demo that comes with RF075?

Is that the whole log file?

Yours stops right where the players bounding box is being rendered. I am going to d/l dan's space escape and see if it runs successfully for me. It did back when I had a GeForce2 and then a GeForce4 (basically the same thing) in my machine. I'll post how it goes.

Space Escape ran just fine for me. I am running an old video driver since putting in my new HDD. I'm using 61.77. From your log, it does look as though your are running it through the editor, because the genesis logo is disabled for debugging. You have to be mapped to the correct folder for the entites to load. Your entities is where your log ends.

:D I fixed it, when I clicked on The Game Itself... It went into the menu and all of that, And I got to the game and crashed because It couldn't fine 'basic.bsp', well it can now, so i think I fixed it, thanks guys.
