How to you convert jpg to the texture format????

Open it in paint and save it as a .bmp

ok well if it's already in bmp then what do I do from there use?

Use RFPack.exe (found in the tools folder). Open your texture library (.txl file found in the media/levels folder) then click and drag your texture into the texture list, then save the library.

hey thanks but how do I create my own .txl file to put organize my textures a little better or is there another way

Just open RFPack and click and drag your textures into the empty list, then File>Save to a new .txl file.
