attach to bone

how do you use the BoneName feild to attach that entity to a bone or is it for something different, i used mulkshape with a bone name of joint 2 and am trying to get a dynamic light moving with the animation of the second bone.

or is there an easier way than attaching it to a sep?

open up your actor file and make sure that the joint name is EXACTLY the same as the bonename you are putting in RFEditPro. if you used the milkshape default name of joint2, notice that milkshape does not put a space in it, its one word.

EDIT
oh, i understand ur question now. on the SEP, set szEntityName to something, lets say SEP. now, on the dynamic light, set EntityName (not sz) to SEP. then, on the dynamic light, set BoneName to the name of the SEP's bone that you want it to attach to. this should work if the names are correctly entered.
