im not sure if there is already a feedback for this but psyco wanted ffed back so heare is mine.
demo looks good, if you ask me fog is a bit heavy, i have a relativly slow pc, (thinking about it if i changed it to open gl it may run better) but first level was good, veraity of textures at places wasnt that good as it was re used over and over again, the pitch falk was so COOL loved it, zombies was exelent tho took a little too much health off, i only got to about the second sector as everytime it went to a new sector it took for ever to load, could this not be avoided by using a hint brush instead of 2 seperate levels, if i have time i think i may change the driver to open gl to see if it runs anybetter.

Okay-Dokay! I finally got it. Don't feel too bad about lack of feedback, though. My Castle of the Pharaoh demo has a few hundred downloads. Do a search of the forum for it and you won't find too many folks espousing about it!
Anyway, I like it. The testures are good, but could use a little polish, but I love the pitchfork!! An excellent choice of weapons against zombies. I like the zombie actors. Are those faces friends of yours from school? The conversational computer is great. Well done.
Oh, I think the doors leading between sectors were nice looking. And I love the menu. Good stuff. Did you do the music for the menu? Very good.
Now. . .that darned big bad guy and my lack of ability to use the AK-47's I thought I was picking up!! The boxes were marked AK-47, but when one disappeared bvecause I walked through it, I pressed every number button I had but my weapon didn't change. Consequently, that wonderful robot actor got on top my head stomped me in the ground!! I really like your big badguy robot! He is very cool!!!! Any idea why my weapon wasn't changing?
I'd say overall, your game is very fun. I'm not going to quite until I've killed that big robot!! However, I will continually run around that group of zombies at the botom of the stairs to get to him. No sense wasting too much health on that bunch!
Thanks for the game!!

Thanks alot for the feed back it means alot too us! Sorry that its abit hard (we may not have balanced it so well) and I will be the first to say it really could have used another year in dev. But wiht me leaving South Africa (where our game was made and based) it was impracticle... So please feel free to hack it! I'm sure you all can you know how the ini. files work! Just give yourselvels sum more health!!!
And as for not having the AK47 those boxes only have ammo in and you have to pick up the gun in the hazmat base the first time you go down, and each time you go down to talk to the PC you will find a new weapon down there! There is alot of recorded dialog in the game so please talk to the PC and ask lots of Q's dont just go for option 1 all the time (that takes you straight to the end that way we give you the choice of how quizzicle you are!)
:EDIT: @ Steven8: if you like the robot IT teacher youll love the rest since he is in my opinion the worst (well most sloppy boring and ugliest looking) boss. :EDIT:
Also jsut to let you know scott although we hope to eventually record sum cutscenes, this is not a demo it is a full game with 9 weapons 20 or so levels and 8 bosses! The last boss is the biggest and hardest game boss I have ever seen!
And I played PainKillera and Serious Sam I,II and II:II!
Its also got loads of continuosly spawning zombies! But dont worry just befiore that level we give you a gun that for the first time since Doom2 makes you actually feel like your holding a FBG! and thats what its called the FBG 2010 (Fraginating Ballistics Gun Of cource!)
I hope you all make it to kill Dr Hawky (my last head master) so far NO-ONE who has played the game apart frm myself (And i sold it to nearly 100 kids at my school where the game is set) has beaten the game not even got to the last level...
So I chalange you! the first one to download the game and get to the end (ill know cause you can tell me what happens at the end!!!) Gets a special surprise!!!!
:EDIT: @ steven8: if you like the robot IT teacher youll love the other bossess since in my opinion we stuffed up the first one! Oh and I will down your demo this weekend and tell you what I think! (mabe only monday cause mght take whole weekend to download) And thanks for noticing the faces all in all there are 100 different actors (just the zombies thats why the file is sooooooo huge!) and they are all people who I could get to let me take fotos! Okay the teachers I had to nick their faces frm the school website! (but they didnt mind! in fact when the IT teacher bought a game he game me and my fellow dev a credit!!! :EDIT:

I finished the game some days after you uploaded it and informed us here in the forums (ages ago). I had some troubles with the game crashing though... And every time I killed the big bad boss the game crashed.
I killed him like 3-4 times.
Is FBG the gun with the slow projectile but HUGE explosion? If so, I love that weapon. Just shoot to ground somewhere near a pack of zombies and RUN LIKE HECK!!!
I used that gun to first wipe out the zombies at the final boss and then shoot him with that awesome minigun.
But I don't think that boss is too hard. Try playing Half-Life 1 with hardest difficulty settings and you'll see that Nihilanth isn't easy either!!!
If you don't believe that I've finished the game I can see if I still have the savegame in the final boss and take some screenshots or something...
***EDIT***
Ok, I have already deleted the game. I can finish it again if you want, though...

Well done!!! Thats the secret to what happens at the end it crashes!!!! LOL! Thanks the gun you are talking about was actually an accident that came when i added too many 0's after the bitmap scale!
!
Any way now for the surprise... I will make you a character in my new game!!! (Oh I know your soooooo thrilled) but hay im not giving you money you didnt even have to buy the game!
Any way good for you for finishing it and the main reason its sooooo hard to finish is it crashes all the time! So I hope you enjoy your prize! Oh and I will enen give you a free copy of it when it gets published!
BTW overall what did you think, (for a part time n00b project with no access to the forums since we had no internet for most of the dev, so its all our own discovery)

Yay, I've always wanted to be a character in someones game!
My first thought was "Oh wow, someone has managed to create a full game!!" Actually, it was the first full game made with RF that I've ever played.
To be honest, the game itself isn't that great, but it's still amazing... you did all that hard work without access to the forums. And somehow I have this feeling that you guys are still kids (...no offence
), so GREAT WORK! It's a big achievement. Just keep up the enthusiasm and one day you'll definately be a part of the gaming industry.

Thanks everybody! The feed back is a huge encouragement. and
@ Juutis, As far as the last game being rubbish (we knew but were still proud of it!
) But the next game
is not gonna be 1. A learning curve 2. Rushed and 3. Dull (SOTD is @ times),
it is gonna be 1. ground breaking 2. Stylishly gritty and 3. Art...
