Getting Milkshape.

How does one go about registering Milkshape? The website doesn't work anymore. How do I open up the registration dialogue in the program?

I think the website is just down, hopefully not a permanant thing,
er well i hope.
you can buy milkshape by a couple of methods
you can register with a credit card,
or when the site is back up an running you can PM Mete Cirigan on the Milkshape forum for the bank account details and Direct Credit the account,

Yes, but how do you activate the program? I already registered, I worded my first post badly, but I don't know how to activate the program.

sorry forgot to add, go to help and then click about there is a panel to register,
i thought that the instructions were given in the info sent with the resigtering information?

Ok, I registered, then relaunched the program, but I still get the "You seem to have registered after this program has expired! Please wait 2 mins to complete the regristration process!"
What now?

Do as it says and wait at least 2 minutes after registration before you close the program (or after you restart it... can't remember exactly).

GAH! I'm still getting a message that says "This version has expired! Please register....."blah blah blah. This really sucks! I want my 20$ back

Just do as it says and wait the 2 minutes then close the application and reopen it. If you have a valid serial number, that message will go away. Make sure you typed the serial number correctly as it's case sensitive.
Just PM Mete. He usually answers pretty quickly. He's always ready to help out.
BTW...Milkshape is $25 now and has been for the last year or so. I hope you are not using a serial code from somewhere other than Mete's email as that would be illegal.

Yeah, this is a common problem with Milkshape judging by the Milkshape forums, and the only solution I have seen is "Email Cete!".

well ok, here is my suggestion, start your pc up, open milkshape up enter your code, restart milkshape, do NOTHING for the 4 min, shut down milkshape, shut down your pc to make sure ther is no process left behind at all and re start your pc, i had this problem once but it sorted it self out.
