All desktop icons are moved when running

All the desktop icons were moved when I ran the build/view the first time.
I use XP. I assume this is do to changing the resolution for the run, but when it exits, and changes the res back, the icons should stay in place.
Any ideas?
Thanks

on your desktop right click and make sure auto arange is on, this will automaticly arange it back to what it was, im thinking you just have align to grid, and you have so many shortcuts that they move because they cant all fit in one row when screen resoltuion changes so windows moves them for you, clicking auto arange will automaticly put as many ver to the left as possible.

I do not use auto arrange. I have a set pattern for my icons on my desktop, and like them that way. LOL.
Any other game software leaves them alone, so that's why I reported it as a bug.
Thanks for your reply though.

this isnt down to rf i dont think, i think its to do with windows xp and so theres nothing we can do, auto arange doesnt arange them in alphabetical order or anything just moves them all over to the left side. wich is a pain if you have them in groups all over your desktop.
Yes it is an RF challenge, lol

i dont have any games, or other software that does this, even my 9 paint programs leave everything normal, as does my 3d creation software.
I havent looked at the source, not sure I want to. But it should just copy the desktop and replace it when it leaves. I only saw it happen the first time I ran it.
Havent put my icons back yet, like you say, its a pain.

You're probably running rf in a resolution that is under your resolution under windows xp...
Hope this helps.
