Strange animation issue

I have 2 sliding doors that slide apart when the trigger is activated. One of the doors opens slower than the other or sometimes doesnt open at all. The animations are set the same for each door. Some time the one opens slow and the sometimes not at all. It seems pretty random.
Has anyone ever seen this before?
